We are located near the airport, but please know that we are within five miles of Zona Rosa and Barry Road shops, restaurants and entertainment - and we provide complimentary shuttle service to that area for your convenience. Our Engineering team is available to resolve such issues. Those conditions should not have affected your guest room and I understand your frustration if you couldn't get as comfortable as you would have liked to enjoy a good night's rest. The extreme heat and humidity that we have experienced in the area recently may have contributed to less than ideal conditions in some of the public areas of the building. Our Housekeeping staff takes great pride in the service they provide and we obviously failed to show that care in your room. There is certainly no excuse for any cleanliness issues.
